For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be a chef. Growing up in Mexico I feel hospitality and good food just run in your blood! I spent much of my childhood in the kitchen with my mother and honestly saw how the kitchen truly is the heart of the home. Working at Fiesta gives me the opportunity to meet amazing people and the ability to express myself through my food putting a little of my heart into every occasion. Seeing my happy clients and hearing their feedback truly is my favourite part of the job!
Andrew Gilpin - Catering Manager
From early in my hospitality career I began cultivating a passion for Wine and Fine Dining. There was always something fun and exciting to learn while working with talented Chefs and Sommeliers. In my early twenties I was introduced to catering and the challenges and rewards it presents. Fiesta Creative Catering has given me the opportunity to be with clients from the very inception of their events to the day of. To be a guide in organizing celebrations of such importance carries with it a rare reward in its own right. My favorite thing about Fiesta is the close-knit family we have grown to be. If you ask me, that is extraordinary and I am lucky to be a part of something uniquely special.

I’ve always had a passion for organizing things and absolutely love the wedding industry! Being part of Fiesta has opened so many doors and genuinely sparked my inner fire in the world of event planning. I am a very detail oriented person and truly believe when it comes to events it really is all about the details. Being able to work with clients at making their dream a reality really is my dream job and I’m so grateful this dream is my reality.
